MEET THE GREATER WACO LEGAL SERVICES TEAM
​Led by Founder and Executive Director Kent McKeever, the GWLS team brings both expertise and heart to advancing justice. Rachel Dove and Adriana Perkins advocate for families and immigrants with skill and empathy, helping clients navigate complex legal systems with confidence. Jessica Trevino leads our Medical-Legal Partnership, addressing health-harming legal needs in collaboration with healthcare providers. Kate Pennington, our Community Lawyering Fellow, strengthens outreach and advocacy efforts throughout Waco.

Our client services team—Angelica Tremillo, Val Garcia, and Teresa Garcia—are the first friendly faces many clients meet. Their dedication ensures that every individual feels supported, informed, and cared for from start to finish. Our client service team is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping bridge language barriers so every client can fully understand and participate in their legal journey. Kayla Mize, our Director of Operations and Impact, ensures that the systems, strategy, and resources behind the scenes allow this vital work to flourish.
